[u]The way to fix the weapon system is simple. [/u] [b] 1st. Place shotguns, snipers, and fusions into the energy slot. [/b] [b] 2nd. Rework gun mods. [/b] - allow all primary type weapons to used in both slots(Kinect and energy) -create a new mod • a power weapon mod. ° this mod will be used on any weapon I the power slot.it can also make shotguns, snipers, and fusions go in the power slot. When applied to shotguns, sniper, and fusions it will give more ammo and ammo reserves. [b] Balance in pvp [/b] if you use those guns in your energy slot you only get energy, Kinect, and power from power ammo crates, but you don't loose all energy upon death. You always spawn with a little bit, but not enough to just go off and only use it the whole game. They will always go back down to 2-4 shots depending on impact class. If you died with zero ammo you respawn with zero. Normal guns(primary guns in the energy slot) will spawn with 2 clips of ammo and will need to get more from either power boxes, or from killing others If you shotgun, sniper, or fusion in the power slot you get 4-8 depending on weapon class and impact. But you loose the ammo upon death. * [b]Effects[/b] * -You can now use all primary weapons in the Kinect or energy slot. - all shotguns, snipers, and fusions are defaulted to the energy slot - if you want to have a shotgun, sniper, or fusion in the power slot you will use a new mod called, "power mod" - shotguns, snipers, and fusions are more effective if they're in the power slot, using a power mod. - all rockets, grenade launcher, swords, AND HEAVY MACHINE GUNS will be power weapons only and must use a power mod. EDIT: I forgot to include my pvp part EDIT#2: this will also kill two birds with one stone. Think of how many guns well be able to choose from as Kinetic primaries. The guns pretty much all look the same anyway. Itd be similar to a random roll solution. Think about every the 450 auto and how everyone, but 2, look the same.
