I was thinking the same thing. Previously with a medallion I would average 2-3 exotics and 8-10 leg with 4 hours of Heroic PEs. Last week that dropped to 1-2 exotics and 6-8 legs. Now with a medallion and a 3oC I'm back to where I was before.
