I made this thread to rant, so I'll chuck it in a spoiler if ya wanna read it [spoiler]So I show up for work today, walk up to the guy who's shift is before mine and go to relieve him. He turns around and says that our manager I'm 'this' close to getting a written warning for doing something slightly different to how it's supposed to be done (which was incidentally taught to me by someone else when I was new) and that I've been warned about it before. I haven't, and now I'm pissed that people are too afraid to talk to me about the shit I'm doing wrong. If you don't like something, have some balls and say it to me. -blam!-. Stupid fat little bitch walking around hating me for no reason. I'm off track. Ok. And then I get into the break room and see the little cows written it up on the board for everyone to see. She's not even the real manager. She's a supervisor when no one else is here. -blam!- I hate her [/spoiler] I feel better now
