False advertisement is when something is advertised to be better than it is. For example, a shampoo that guarantees your hair to look shiny or look healthy, when really it just makes it smell nice. This isn't false advertisement, it's a cover up. Openly saying that they disliked the old system isn't a good business decision. Regardless of how people perceive the game and their opinions on it, they have to keep supporting their game; ditching it and admitting it is bad is the worst thing a business could do.
