Public Event reward issues/questions
In the past week and a half I have noticed a drastic change in my PE rewards. For the first few weeks of D2 I found myself getting exotics after a couple of PE's (not saying I think your guaranteed an exotic after X amount of PE's, I just found my grind worth wile). However in the past week or two I have not received a single exotic. I have done the flashpoint on both my 305 characters (yes with a medallion) and then about 10 more PE's after that, again on both characters. And in this time and grind of PE's I have not gotten a single exotic. So I am just curious if other players are experiencing similar trends. Maybe I missed an update that changed the drops and I sound like a flaming idiot rn but I am just curious.

I received an exotic engram today while completing a public event. However, they no longer drop as frequently as they did during the early weeks of D2. For a while I tracked the drop rate in a spreadsheet, and I confirmed what someone else documented in youtube video: the drop rate is about 1 exotic engram for every 20 public events with no significant difference in Normal vs. Heroic public events.
