No more tokens til the next rally, if memory serves any leftover tokens will be removed at next reset.
At next rally you have the choice to change factions. Or if you have 3 characters you can pledge 1 to each that way regardless of the winner you can still get the gun.
They did say it would be a recurring event but didnt give a time frame.
