Mm no it doesn't stall progression. If you're stuck that's on you. They ships keep it the way it is that each gun has a set perk(s) because if they make it that you can get random perks the game will break. PvP was unplayable due to this. It wasn't fair I had the same fûccking gun but mine was useless due to the roll

I never said it stalls progression, there is nothing to stall. The random rolls in D1 prolonged the lifespan of the game artificially. I don't mind if they remove it, but it needs to be replaced by something, preferably a deep progression line. I think you're hoping that D2 PvP to be akin to OW, maybe you'd prefer playing that instead?

Not play with them? That's just retarded. And no they need to keep it like it is because that makes it fair. Rng is a bad idea in the first place so making it that everyone gets the same perk is fair.
