Everything got destroyed and is in short supply they even make a point of telling you this in the first mission when cayde shouts out im ok but i dont know if this ammo will last much longer , we are meant to feel weaker and conserve ammo for now

I miss the synths too but get why we dont have them yet

Its not the tower its much closer to the city now and we moved in so Rebuilding not rebuilt and a fraction of our light not all and the rest of the vanguard are still lightless, once factions return then we will nearly be back to normal
