Yes, I am from the D1 Alpha, and Beta. And the D2 Beta is good. There s just not a lot there for us to experience, which is understandable.
The changes to the supers is a good one. Sentinel changes are good, the abilities for Warlock work well in tandem with Titans shield.
From the two exotics I've used, Sweet Business and Sunshot feel like theyre exotic in power.
Submachine guns feel underpowered, the new sidearms though. But that's about it. I liked the Nergal pulse rifle I have, the Minuet handcannon. Fusion Rifles and even the Linear Fusion Rifle are better in the heavy slot. Although the Linear Fusion Rifle may need some more power for what's going on there.
The Crucible is playing very well. There is no overabundance of supers being abused, no overpowering weapons that are significantly dominating play. No specific ability is too powerful for anyone to handle. So it feels legit.
We could stand to have the supers charge maybe a little faster, but not too much. Having a super twice in a match would be nice. Lol. Because right now it's just one time. In D1 it wasn't uncommon for some teams to have supers like 5+ times a match. Which was overkill. It feels better with less, but yet, we should get like 1 more super per match.

Edited by w3rdblader: 7/19/2017 11:47:38 AMDo they feel exotic? Does the zhalo and adept fatebringer feel exotic to you? I say this because that's what those two "new" weapons are... And again, he fact that PvP completely changed how supers work in pve annoyed me...

I think they'll up our super charge a bit in the actual release. Like in Destiny 1 alpha lvl 8 was the cap and you really couldn't do much to boost super rates. I'm sure they'll have a mechanic to up the rate again like in Destiny 1, same with cooldowns. You could shave off minutes from your super with gear in D1, I don't see why they wouldn't do something similar in D2.

Because they were placed intellect discipline and strength with armor recovery and Agility. They felt the ability to use gear to increase your super charge was "unfair" in PvP...
-
Uhhhh. Lol I can already tell how toxic you are, dont buy the game
-
Because I pointed out that the 2 "new" weapons they decided to show off were just existing weapon perks on a new weapon model... Go back to your safe space...

So any kill with Sunshot explodes the enemy isn't new. The risk runner having an invincibility and regen ammo on top of chaining when taking arc damage is not new? Because those sound new to me.
-
Sunshot, you mean Firefly? Dude, it's a fatebringer clone, just because they add particle animation doesn't change the fact that it works the same.

It's not firefly while similar it operates differently. Firefly explodes on headshot while sunshot explodes on kills.
-
Ok, it's a HC with necrochasms perk. Still not new.
-
Different damage type for the explosion.
-
"it's 1% different, it's totally new" Gotcha...
-
You said they were the same on the gritty details they aren't. They are just similar. Lawyered.
