Overall, the PVE approach is sounding pretty promising. I personally think the 4v4 for PVP will be a good setup. 6v6 never felt like a good fit in Destiny.

Edited by Pappa Jambi: 7/9/2017 3:58:32 AMThe patrols sound like they are improved, I like the idea of the lost sectors, timed events and the highlighting of certain planets/zones per week and I'm interested in how engaging the milestone progression will be that IGN talked about. The lack of random perks at first seemed disappointing. Without knowing how many weapons the pool will have, their rarity and what the plan will be with duplicates, I really cant say that it's a letdown yet. Regardless, I've probably only put in significant time in with maybe 4-5 primaries over the years. Most are situational. The weapon layout change will be one to get used to. In PVP it doesn't mean much to me because I use my primary. PVE I can't say I'm thrilled for the change so I'll give you that. Destiny really never dove that deep into any meaningful or complex customization with character builds to begin with. The seemingly streamlining of it in the new subclasses is again something I'm not disappointed with. I've never had any problem with how PVE played, just the dry spells of content. I've played the full gamut of PVP games as far as type and lobby size. 6s in Destiny has always felt like a cluster -blam!- for me. Opinions. Honestly Destiny's strength has been tied to playing with groups of friends. If they can deliver compelling content on a more successful release schedule, to keep me and my group interested, then I'll be happy. Can and will they do that, I hope so.

destiny was made for 6v6 and 3v3 they work perfect imo

Well something built for 3v3 isn't as good for 6v6 and vise versa. There are negatives and positives to 4v4.
