Russia Claims There Military is the strongest against an aggressor
Does this mean that putin thinks Russia is stronger than the U.S.?
Or do it mean that The U.S will not be a Russian aggressor so they can beat any other military in the world except the U.S?
What are your thoughts? What is your reaction?

I think that means that the Russian army is invincible when defending Russia, which yes, it is, partly because its impossible to invade Russia successfully
