Ghost bullets is completely an issue. You can be shooting dead on within the damage falloff range and get ghost bullets. Please stop spreading false info.

If you were shooting dead on and the hit marker was as large or large than accuracy cone .... then you'd be dead on. You people fail to realize the cone gets larger the farther out, hence the missing. Omg a player missed a shot !? No way !?
