No you're getting content that is already in the game and they are calling it "new gear" as fit were really new. Its also but free since 90% of the "new" content will require silver.

There's new armor at least. I am, without doubt, getting that new Hunter set. It looks so cool :0 And I loved the Nexus and VoG. Recycled or not, that strike should be fun.
