It specifically states icebreaker is an exotic quest item and that you have to CHOOSE between nova mortis and abbadon.

That was probably the plan for a lot of people. It was how we got around the swords in the beginning: 3 blades, 3 characters, 3x the bullshit.

I'm still missing two swords because of that stupid quest. I just hope the Thunderlord-Quests are faster/less tedious.
