Taken nexus mind makes no sense, same with Siva taniks. Both are canonically dead at this point. Siva can't bring people back from the dead and the echo chamber couldn't exist if the nexus mind was alive.
And are you sure that they aren't just ornaments for the tunderlord?

That can happen because there is nothing that came after that strike, so that that could be happening at any time. Taniks was from long before Siva, he has no relation to the devils and there was no Siva on the moon. The strike is only being made to stretch content. Same with nexus mind, echo chamber has already been created, there is a restorative mind, that means the nexus mind has to be destroyed. Echo chamber was released with taken so there could never be a taken nexus mind. I know it's super nitpicky, but for a game that's supposed to have this super intricate story outside of the game; the actual games story should hold up

Well technically in the Abomination Heist there were Splicers. And Sepiks Prime was resurrected using Siva. So it's not technically out of the question.

Sepiks is a machine, not a living being. Abomination has nothing after it, canonically speaking so it could take place at any time.

Either way. Those aren't Thunderlord ornaments because when it is fired, it fires a different element color. Plus, we are getting 2 new SRL tracks that look amazing.
