I wonder all the time in Destiny why this hasnt been implemented.
When you get killed in Destiny, you don't know whether the guy killed you with:
• Gun skill
• Luck
• Lag
All the time I am left with a shocked face in the Crucible. Not because I learn to improve on my next engagement, not because I am noticing my mistakes, but because they killed me and it shouldn't have happened. Was it because my primary is worse than theirs? Was it because of lag? Was it my mistake? I can never tell in the amounts of bs that goes on in a match.
If there was a killcam, I could pinpoint how he killed me and whether it was luck, his skill or my mistake. I could improve upon my engagements for next time, thus making my next engagement a lot more controlled (rather than a blind and tilted rage after a Melee somehow one shot me)
This would fix a lot of the issues in Crucible already, so you won't get fooled by that Matador in the corner again, or that hardscoper at the back of the map. You can see their position, how they got the kill on you and what you did to get in that position. Sometimes watching back your gameplay makes you notice a mistake, and this would only help it further by seeing how the enemy killed you.
Plus as a bonus, people won't be able to teabag you for a whole 7 seconds, so you can cut rage in Destiny by half.
Please Bungie, consider this as a potential idea. I truly believe this would help Crucible for the long run, without buffing or nerfing any guns.
Before you start, I don't care about K/D. I play for fun, but I also want to improve as a player.

Also yes, killcam is similar to how Overwatch does it, but I do believe it would be beneficial even if it is making it "similar". I think they are very different in their own rights.
Clever Dragon would be the only thing you see on the kill cam and right trigger jamming.
