" I need players that know the raid like the back of their mother's hands. Must be 420 light and running a specific class or you will not get an invite. Speaking of invites, message me your name, number, sex, interests, class, and light to prove to me you have what it takes. If you don't agree with my terms, you will be denied an invite to my gay orgy of raid members. We are live streaming this raid to show how dank we are at this raid. If you have complaints, go tell your mother because I do not care for it. If you end up CLOSE to death, even though you survived the encounter, you will be kicked. You must not take any heavy damage or you will be kicked and I'll pass your info around to the world. Any questions? No? Good!

Just speaking my mind. I'm not serious, but this is what I imagine looking for a raid team is like for 20 minutes.
If only people could just say,
"Hey! I need 5 players to run the raid. Experience is necessary, but we're willing to help out if needed. PM 4 invite."
The process of looking for teammates would be much simpler. If you're so desperate at finishing the raid in under 20 minutes, then use your own friends for that. It took me 8 times before I finally completed it for the first time with the Outbreak Prime quest as my reward! We all had to learn the raid at some point, so be patient or move onto other games. Destiny isn't the only game in this world, you know.
Edit:
Just played the raid. Got a team to Vosik. Someone quit because they had other things to do. Another because he had poor connection. What did I end up doing? Continued with looking for 2 players. Anyone was fine. Got 2 hunters. We had 4 warlocks already. Sure enough, we noticed a glitch that started plaguing us where someone would die in the safe room. Never happened to us before the newbies showed up. In the end, we quit entirely since everyone had real life plans. Was only in the raid for an hour and played Vosik about 6 times. No big deal for any of us.
But if it's a huge deal for you, go find a raid team and don't spend your time in the LFG sites wasting anyone's time looking to just join a game and play. I got a team together in 2 minutes. That's how it should work. If it takes 20 minutes to find a team, something is clearly wrong.

I don't enjoy spending 6-7 hours on a raid so I'll join groups asking for experienced players that want a quick run done. If you want to waste time then find other who do too, and if you don't then same goes.
