Don't people not ddos because there isn't really anything to gain from it in bf1? In destiny it's to get to the lighthouse, in halo it was to get a better rank, etc. I'm pretty sure you can still get ddos'd even with dedicated servers. Also it's a good think to put the game down every now and then. No game will be fun all the time for everyone who plays it, unless it's an addiction.
