Wouldnt it be funny if everyone infected got bonus rep gain and xp to quickly level things up before roi as fools came up with wild conspiracys about something that would destroy an entire company. So far that infection has given me an extra level in both my faction and the crucible so my newly remade character is back to a level where im actually getting packages not just some motes and coins.

True but there is a Reddit post that was reposted on these forums that may have put them in a panic path but may actually lead to something awesome. I'm gonna look more into that after work because it is interesting. I'm a science geek and love a good scientific mystery.

Yea. What bungie said in the update about it was very curious they didnt take any credit for it. But if it was something bad they definitely would be warning people and working like crazy to fix it before roi
