What is this Owl Sector stuff!?
Seriously, what....?!
Since when have owls ever been a thing? Is this another expansion, or maybe relevant to a mission?
Maybe I'm just high off my rocker and expect some underlying meaning because of all the Sombra stuff that's going on with OW, but I don't recognize anything here besides the emblem of the Vanguard.

Other people found that the word owl was on a tech place somewhere on the web saying it was a orbital weapon lancet, which surprisingly was created by a user by the name of Vanguard posted on 2007. Basically it drops a pole that when it hits the ground it creates a controlled shockwave which could wipe anything out anything in its way. The actual thing they call it is Dawn Calamity. Other tan that we are still looking at what we can.
