What is this Owl Sector stuff!?
Seriously, what....?!
Since when have owls ever been a thing? Is this another expansion, or maybe relevant to a mission?
Maybe I'm just high off my rocker and expect some underlying meaning because of all the Sombra stuff that's going on with OW, but I don't recognize anything here besides the emblem of the Vanguard.

Other people found that the word owl was on a tech place somewhere on the web saying it was a orbital weapon lancet, which surprisingly was created by a user by the name of Vanguard posted on 2007. Basically it drops a pole that when it hits the ground it creates a controlled shockwave which could wipe anything out anything in its way. The actual thing they call it is Dawn Calamity. Other tan that we are still looking at what we can.

Can see there being a mission back to Mars or something to discover (in addition to the siva cluster). Doesn't make sense to make that much ref to clovis bray and Mars without there being a follow on

I have all 5. Not gonna post it here but I'll just say this: keep your characters clean/uninfected completely until you learn how to attain all 5. Message one of the others who offered their services on here for help.

1 Replycan confirm that either killing an effected guardian(crucible) or claiming orbs generated by the infected can transfer the infection so far. one might assume 1 variant might be spread by buffs(song of flames/light of the pack/blessing of light?) not a guarantee but it does not pass instantly either by about 5 crucible kills(or just a melee or close up kill?) and with orbs/buffs may even be a percentage chance to contract(RNG) keep testing. also... any body on XBone have fortitude/glory/splendor? still need these on my character. I hypothesize these will have some effect upon RoI drop if they even last that long. (Ironic that we are all trying to contract Nargles....)

Have any of you noticed on the map that some clusters of the infected areas just so happen to be in the perfect shape of a triangle? Or an arrow head? There is more than one of them too. This is no coincidence. It's all about discovering the relevance of it all. Maybe you can only be infected with 'brilliance' for example, if you reside in an area of that map that has a brilliance cluster on it? Who knows? I reckon the shapes are significant in some way though.
