FWC: Praedyth`s ghost had FWC files in it, meaning Praedyth was an FWC member. We get No Time to Explain through a FWC quest, which looks like the Stranger`s Rifle. The "Device" is mentioned in the FWC armor descriptions, but the Device involves the Vex and their timeline simulations. Maybe the Stranger is also a FWC member?

I am sure that FWC came to be in possession of the device after the events of it being used by Clovis bray scientists. Somehow in the collapse or after the collapse the FWC female Exo (can't remember her name) got possession of it and they started using it so that's how FWC came to be.
