Well my theory on no time to explain. The Exo stranger is now a being that exists outside the realm of normal time. Just like the vex. Not in the same realm as the vex, but similar. If we know one thing for sure the Exo stranger is working to stop the Vex.
A being that exists outside the realm of normal time is a non-linear being. Listen to Ikora's into to the undying mind strike about one moment death and the next birth, you'll get the idea.
Why does she have not have time to explain why she has no time to explain? Time travel.
Ok, so when a non-linear being enters the normal time stream (Destiny game world), they are bound to the laws and physics of our world. Meaning, while you can use technology to teleport, you can't stop or go back in time while you are here. If you want to go back in time, you have to exit normal time, and re-enter.
Ok, almost there. When you go back in time, your in time for as long as you were in time for. Meaning if the Exo stranger came back into time for 3 days, she's here for 3 days. She can't extend her stay to 4 days, or even 3 days and 1 second. She must enter and exit time at the same time she always does. If she doesn't, it creates a space time paradox and can destroy the time line. Even the Vex know this. The flip side is she can always come back to the same point in time for the same 3 days. When she's here she can do what ever she wants (assuming it doesn't crate a space time paradox). Kind of like the movie ground hog day, except the Exo stranger can leave the time loop and go elsewhere whenever she wants.
Ok, so the Exo stranger went back in time (or more appropriately) entered normal time on Earth. Presumably she was either looking for something, or trying to re-write history. I don't know what she was doing on Earth, but I think I know what she was doing on the moon and Venus. During her trip to Earth, she notice a Guardian killed an Archon, but she didn't have time to contact them. Maybe because her time was up.
During her trip to the moon she noticed us and sent us the co-ordinates for Venus. Here is where it comes together. In the normal time stream the Exo stranger is always going to be on Venus when we arrive on Venus. So all the Exo stranger has to do, is the next time she enters normal time on Venus and meet with us instead of doing whatever is was she was doing. She has no time to explain this, and is on the clock so she must get to where ever she supposed to be to exit normal time before her time is up.
Once the stranger meets with us, this sets a major even in the time stream and if she alters it, will create a space time paradox. So, now when she returns to our time, she must meet with us. The other reason she has no time is because she is creating a major even in the time stream. If the Vex detect it, they will counter time travel to stop the event.
Ok, that was long. So what was the Exo stranger doing on the moon and Venus? Looking for warriors. She heard of Eris's failed mission and was looking for Someone Eris believe's dead. Venus Prydeth and Kbar's fire team. Why look for dead people. Because nobody looks for dead people. If they are supposed to be dead, you can transport them 1000 years into the future and not affect the time stream
Why warriors? To fight the Ve . I suspect the Exo stranger's group is made up of Guardian's whom are supposed to be dead because as long as they are outside of the normal time stream where someone might recognize them, they can't create a Paradox.

I don't even have time to explain why I didn't have time to read that.
-
Now were going to be here all day making diagrams with straws...
-
But we are all "dead" right?
-
You sound like Ian Malcom.

Alright, tell me this: Let's say you live on one side of the line between two time zones, (ex. central/eastern), but work in the other time zone. You have to be at work at 6:00, what time would you leave your house? Think about that shit.
-
Simple, I work from home. Doesn't matter what time zone I'm in. In my house I make the rules for time, and space! Now throw another monkey wrench in. Are we considering daylight savings time?
-
The answer is pancakes, right?
-
i actually live like this. during my summer job, it starts at 7:00 their time ("slow time,") and i have to be there at 8:00 my time. i leave at 7:30. my time. 6:30 theirs.

I guess man, just went full retard thinking about it, lol.
