FLICKERING GRAIN EVERYWHERE

What the flying -blam!-. Every single screen has a flickering grain everywhere. Like some particle effect gone bad. It's in the tower, it's in shadows, it's in light. It's in the inventory screen. WTF. This shit is giving me a headache. Dammit, if it's not broken, don't mess with it!!
