We are actively investigating player reports regarding recent TAPIR Errors received by players on all platforms. We have identified the cause of this issue and are working diligently to reach a resolution.
This thread will be updated with new information as it becomes available. If you have encountered this issue, please Comment in this thread with your PSN ID/ Xbox Gamertag, as well as exactly which console you have received this error on.

You almost sound like you care..I love this game but hate the company. Y'all don't give a shit about your loyal customers. Great business plan. Please sell the game to a different company that cares about it customers.

1 ReplyGame has been virtually unplayable since the maintenance window. Getting kicked regularly with the 'contacting destiny servers' message. Really frustrating.

I`ve been getting nothing but different errors recently after the patch chicken, weasel, blueberry, etc... Also you guys haven`t said what changes/patches were done on legacy consoles since we also had maintenance done for us as well. Please let us hear from you guys soon about this issue. I am into my second day, " Attention, contacting destiny servers" this has not been resolved as per post on bungienet website! I am on 360 console. It would appear 360 players are being discriminated against and disadvantaged for not going to Xbox one! Seems unlawful you can sell games and then take away contents from original product purchased. Please help and advise will this issue be corrected, I would like to have what I purchased in good faith re-instated. Thanks and regards Gayle

Previously loyal Bungie supporter becoming disenfranchised (as in 'to deprive someone of a right'). Crazy I can't event play through on the console without an internet connection, all to protect the manufacturers rights at all cost to the consumer. Think I'll take up playing some other company's games. Oh, for the days of Halo.

And now Im suffering with bad case of bloody chicken now so please fix this soon. Already had to put up with no game for week and half now.... so error code chicken XBOX ONE

3 RepliesI was able to play just fine after the update. I was happy. Then decided to pre-order rise of Iron and after that finished downloading I consistently get the chicken error code and can't play at all. Now I don't know if it's because of ROI, or the game itself. I'm frustrated because of 5 days of Tapir now I'll have unknown amount of days of Chicken. Please update us. I do not like days upon days of no answers. Customer service is lacking when it comes to these errors and your company informing it's customers. Xbox One Gamer tag: LilReenie
