Hello all,
We are actively investigating player reports regarding recent TAPIR Errors received by players on all platforms. We have identified the cause of this issue and are working diligently to reach a resolution.
This thread will be updated with new information as it becomes available. If you have encountered this issue, please Comment in this thread with your PSN ID/ Xbox Gamertag, as well as exactly which console you have received this error on.

PSN ID: Meatboy999 Please fix the tapir problem as many people are starting to regret buying Destiny The Collection. I had to make a new account just so I could log in to Bungie and play Destiny until the tapir error is fixed.

my gamer tag is STOOOCH and I bought the destiny collection on line a few days ago and can't connect to your servers. I've done every thing I can on my end to ensure that it's not a problem on my end. my 2 roommates are able to connect so why can't I. please help.

2 RepliesBUNGIE, please provide us the community with some feedback and an ETA. As a Leader with a Fortune 50 company this would be unacceptable customer service and just cause for accountability in which I hope there is some. Any normal company would require proper follow up and a sense of urgency in which you are currently failing at. We "Your Employer" deserve better customer service regarding these errors and if your staff is not capable of fixing them then I would look at your hiring methods or subcontracting someone who can. We only ask that we get the proper service we are "All" paying for.
