It is borderline broken. I've tried hitting people with it and it really doesn't do anything. The cooldown doesn't help if the perk itself is still broken. [u]Suggestion #2:[/u] A ranged cone of melee damage tier burn? I would feel more like a warlock. Uses up charge no matter if it hits or not. (Offensive!) [u]Suggestion #3:[/u] Basically Force push(taken phalanx push), say a guy is charging at you with a shotgun, then you shove him several meters away [u]before[/u] he gets to you. (utility!)
