Deej and Cosmo have nothing no to do with what is done outside of their scope of work. It's Activision and Sony doing business and Bungie executes per contract.
It's just business and although some may not like it again it's a business model/practice to draw added interest to a product.
I would love be to play recore however it's not coming to PS4. I would love to play rise of the tomb raider but hey have to wait until it's release to PS4 as Microsoft had exclusive rights to the game on their platform first... It's just business.
Never did play Halo as its a Microsoft baby. So my choices as a consumer is to voice my opinions where I can and take my money to where I can enjoy it and for me it's on PS4.
Personally I would love for both platforms to have same content and also be able to play against them as well as the social aspect of Destiny is right up there along with the game play minus the various fixes or balancing acts which brings new and improved bugs to the zoo.

Deej and Cozmo are not responsible for this decision, that's true. I'm not entirely certain Bungie has a whole lot of say in the matter, actually. Deej and Cozmo are, however, responsible for communication with the community, and so it seems reasonable to me that those individuals might have something to say to the community. Asking for communication from the people who's job it is to communicate is not the same thing as complaining about the larger issue of exclusivity.

True however we don't really know what (Deej and Cozmo) are told and by whom. Besides I would not want to be in their shoes in providing false information or "I don't know" to the community. Man in the middle is not an easy job.

Seems like another instance of decisions/changes being made without informing the people who's job it is to talk to the community. Which is just poor communication internally. Which shouldn't be surprising at this point, I guess, but it's certainly depressing.

Pretty much... Games before "online" were so easy. You knew what you paid for and played until you completed it. The game was an offline linear story campaign which gave you a choice at completion. Play it again at a harder mode or trade it in.
