While the language does give them an out, there's certainly been the expectation that Xbox users would get the content this fall, much the same as Year 1's content was available a year later. The fact that Fall 2016 was on the Sony page at all (instead of, say, no timeframe given) certainly suggests this was the plan at one point as well. I'm just hoping for a straight answer.
