I thought Caesar forbade it." Legate: "Quartermaster, Caesar died when the Courier assaulted Hoover Dam, along with Legate Lanius. I have absolute control over this division until the next Caesar is named. So no, it is not forbidden now. We are low on men and allies. We take what we can get. Now, get Cassie some armor." Leone: "Yes, Legate." [b]Quartermaster Leone left the room, then came back with a set of Recruit Legionnaire armor.
