I do feel your pain. I'm not a very competitive person. I prefer single player over anything else, never taunted an opposing player and don't give a shit about my k/d. A little human on human stuff is okay but if I do it too much I simply get filled with suicidal tendency rage. I only did a handful of Trial attempts. My best was 8 wins 1 loss. That 1 loss came about halfway through, we were 4-4 when we simply lost it in the match point. I was upset but I was paired with a close friend plus his friend who happened to be a Chris Kyle marksman. Haven't touched Trials since.
Just now on my PS4 account, I was actively shooting a Titan who was leaping towards me, with an Auto Rifle while backing away. Yet this f-ucker somehow magically manages to score a headshot on me with an Icebreaker. WTF!? As soon as you go into aim down the sights mode while in the air, you fall immediately. I consider the timing of such a thing to be closely impossible, not to mention this cheap player using a year one weapon as an exploit for the special ammo limits and the fact he was scoring head shots left to right that entire match.
This is the kind of shit that annoys me. Destiny's PvP simply really gets to me sometimes. I don't find this kind of frustration anywhere else, it makes me want to go back to my writing a full 24/7 instead of becoming so angry. But I'll somehow be drawn back in, that's just how it works. The best thing I found is to not indulge too much, take frequent breaks and you'll do better.
