I think this should be allowed. But only when we have 100% proof, that the person is cheating.

There are different options for reporting cheating directly to Bungie. There is an in game report function to use while still playing on your console, and there is now a cheating report form for you to fill out here on the website. Creating forum topics to "name and shame" alleged cheaters is not allowed, as it leads to potential harassment of the alleged cheaters.

Also I once heard somebody saying that this is the work of a moded controller.
It's shoot > reload > sprint cancel > shoot.
But it does it so fast that you don't really see it. It's a way to work around the rate of fire from weapons.

Are you talking about those trick shit controllers where you just slip on a kind of "case" like you do for a phone and you it has a bunch of stuff in it that aloes you to press buttons easier and faster making things like trick shots easier?

If caught it'll honestly be considered cheating, anything that gives someone and unfair advantage over another person is cheating.

Finally someone who understands. All these witless hacks thinking there literally isn't a way to break the fire rate of a gun when there is video proof is frustrating.
