A lot of guys cheating lately, had a guy who blinked then shadesteped to kill me and a teammate with a shotgun. Then his shotguns range was almost as long as a shotpackage rangefinder combo shotgun

That seems pretty fishy. They were a little laggy but I don't think latency explains this. I've been in tons of laggy games (duh lol) but this has never happened to me. What system was this on?
