No, both guns mentioned just require spacing to counter. Both are fantstic at their respective OPTIMAL range, try cross mapping with tlw or UR. Its impossible, if the gun is played to its strengths then it should be good where it is made to be good. Its like saying jade rabbit or boolean are OP because they can kill a last word at 100 yards. Neither are OP, but both are fantastic at their respective optimal range
