I hate when I shadestep away or jump and still die. It doesnt even touch me but I still get the damage. Airbending?
You jump/shadestep/run, titan realizes shoulder charge is failed and burns the air around you and shows it like shoulder charge kill

A lot of this has to do with bungie not having dedicated servers so between latency, lag and the damage referee you get kills with it that shouldn't be happening but shoulder charge isn't the problem.

It's how it works. It locks on and can even lock on to people that are at a different elevation (under or over you)
