I don't agree with OP but your comment is severely flawed.
If you buy an audio device that can only play certain formats, you're agreeing to only be able to use those formats and nothing else. Once the upgrades come along, every bit of music you own in that specific format for that specific device is still 100% functional.
That is in no way similar to the case that OP describes. Do with this information as you will. Just trying to help you out with not sounding mentally handicapped.
Your role as a moderator enables you immediately ban this user from messaging (bypassing the report queue) if you select a punishment.
