Lol. I didn't say it wasn't legally binding! Lmao. But come on, let's be honest; who actually downloaded the full EULA.pda file for Destiny and read it, top to bottom? It's such an immense lie, I'm surprised that Trump and Clinton don't open every one of their speeches with it.

Yes. They (and Apple, Google and everyone else that uses them) expects you to read them, top to bottom. If you don't, it's on you. Do they hope you don't? Probably. It is still a legally binding document that you "read" and agreed to. That is why people will not have a leg to stand on in court, shoot, it wouldn't get to court. The last Gen lawyers representing them would read the EULA and tell them there is nothing they could do before it got that far.
