Class-Action suits have been filed for less, and considering that it's roughly 15% of their community that they're cutting off here, and then considering that this would mean probably near 100k+ people who've invested at least $60 each, for a total of (and this is just a ball-park figure) $6mil~, that have now pretty much been told, "We're reneging on our promise to you people who've invested around $6million+ in our product." I'm not a lawyer, myself, but I feel fairly confident that someone in a legal position might be interested to read a bit further into that, with those kinds of $'s being thrown around.
