Technically it would be a buff. It received something extra that it didn't have before without a cost. Also it could break elemental sword blocks if the element matches the sword type which can directly affect the sword users(which there aren't too many but they exist). If anything, they should be trying to work out Titan gunsmith weapons as they all suck. It's probably Hakke's fault though since Warlock has Omolon, Hunters have classic, and Titans have Hakke weapons which they got shafted on because of... Hakke. Hakke should stick to making sidearms lol.

Had no idea stillpiercer was hakke. Then again I haven't actually used the sniper since the first time I got it.
