First time I ever got hatemail was when I first started Destiny, I was following all the quests and ended up in the crucible at lvl 16 ( I know lvl 16s are capable of doing crucible, I've seen lvl 7s doing it ), however at that point in time I had no idea what I was doing as I'd never played PVP before. After the match I got a message saying 'you suck'. Ignored the twat and continued on with my other quests that didn't involve PVP.
The other two hatemails came from 'Prison of Elders'. The first being from my very first time stepping into it despite being at lvl 40. Some twat was constantly messaging me, belittling me at how bad I was doing and also t-bagging me when I died. I was still learning what I was meant to do in the Prison, course I was going to be terrible at it. Needless to say I avoided Prison like the plague for years.
The other time was when I entered the Prison with another 335 player (can't remember the 3rd players lvl), but after the rounds I got hatemail through saying 'noob' just because I got less kills than him after telling him to get a life, he proceed with sending another message saying 'cryo'. Ended up blocking him just like I did with the other two people.
