Yeah but you kind of expect that. It's a year one gun and that alone is enough to rub some people the wrong way. Personally I don't care what I get killed by. I always chalk it up as me making poor decisions and getting outgunned.

Yeah I know, I hate getting killed by spam, that's my biggest pet peeve. However when I get messages that say, "I hope you die" because using the thorn it just makes me realize I'm using the right weapon for the job.
