Problem is its a legitimate possibility.
Bungie is still playing nerf whack a mole so if something is more popular than their thresholds it will get nerfed for no reason other than overuse.
If your fun statistically significant it will be piledrived.

Right, it is a possibility...but how could they not know beforehand that Zhalo would be used? Maybe if it was rocking TC but PvE stuff?
