Bungie already knows who the cheater is. They see it in the game film and on the report form. You'd report the guy that was cheating, not just some random guy in the party, right? The point is that if you are in a Fireteam with a cheater and you win, [u]you are not innocent[/u]. You've gained an unfair advantage by cheating. To quote from the Help article: [quote]...deriving gameplay benefit from another player's behavior [cheating] is a breach of the License Agreement that governs Destiny, and therefore potentially subject to access restrictions.[/quote]
