the shader's and cosmetics Tower NPC
should sell Chroma
it makes sense
it adds purpose to an underutilized NPC
or better yet, chroma shouldn't even be an Inventory Item
just visit Eva and have her paint your gear directly
less useless currencies clogging up this game

But then why else would people spend their hard or not-so-hard earned dollars on a virtual currency in game to get matching colors? Thats against bungie (and business) logic.
