I have proof that Fist of Panic is funny to watch when someone HAS to use it because they can't kill me with bullets. It's not OP though but that's just my opinion. Not trying to debunk you or anything.

As for the Fist of Havoc, in the mere seconds that I could see the guy perform it, it looks like it worked according to how it's designed. The OP doesn't really explain why it's OP. Other than that it killed him/her from maybe 10 - 15 feet away??? I'm also aware that this is apparently Satire
