So you had 84 kills and 14 deaths on your most recent run. Was this due to wipes? That's a crap load of deaths.
All I can say is, don't be the reason for the wipe. If you're aura holder at WP, don't -blam!- up. Gaze at golgoroth or runner at sisters, don't be the reason for the wipe. If you are the reason, sorry, but booting you has nothing to do with you being a girl. If you aren't the reason for the wipes, who cares?
Also, bit of advice. Always try to be leader. Have people join on you. Especially if they are randoms.

There's always room for a bit of slack though, if you cause one wipe that's not a big deal, but when you start getting to two or three or four then it's a problem.
