I think you're just being extremely paranoid.
Seriously.
When I raid with people from LFG, generally no cares who you are, and people don't get kicked unless they're either really bad or really annoying.
Plus I always host those raid groups, so I don't have to worry about some prick kicking me.

As a female, I can say this is true. Most on LFG are just desperate to get something done; they don't really give a f[b]u[/b]ck who you are. :P
