.in regular crucible when there is no light lvl advantages the mida takes 3 to 4 heads hits to kill dude. Others scouts take three and the slow rate of fire high impact scouts take 2. Do some research on it.

Nope. Even that isn't enough damage. High impact scouts can two hit kill with reactive reload though.

Probably unseen damage. I've tested the gun on s low armor Hunter and it cannot two hit kill.
