Most organised crime figures are reasonably tame when it comes to outsiders though. There's no reason for them to cause trouble with strangers and risk drawing unwanted attention, it's their associates or wannabes that are dangerous.

Not true. When I was in Bulgaria I walked through a part of town that was owned by rhr Mafia. You even look at someone wrong and I was told I'd be home in a body bag. You can't even act like you exist. They are just as bad as hood rats. No class.

A lot of groups are feared because of people saying things like that, not saying it isn't true, but it's not worth the risk trying to find out.

So my personal real life run in isn't reality? Ok... guess your accounts override my actual experience.
-
You based it on someone's word, my point is a persons word isn't always accurate.
-
Im basing it off of my account in Bulgaria where the Mafia is very active... my account. Not someone else's word...
-
You said you were told that if you look at someone wrong you would be in a body bag?

Yes by someone who was pissed as -blam!- that I looked at them... literally I was walking by some bars just looking around and I caught someone staring at me and all I did was happen to look at them and it set them off to let me know this. The girl I was with let me know not to take it lightly and we should leave asap.
