IT'S A "DON'T NEED TO PAY MORE" DLC, STOP COMPLAINING ONCE..
Guys guys... About the news.. Be at least once happy...
It's a free DLC right, people working on that content are not making any money for the company. Yes they will reuse some stuff we had before, and that's totally fair. How can you make new content to make people happy and still don't waste too much money on it => reuse old stuff to make some new, that's a fair compromise ?
They have a team working hard on the next big expansion later this year and another team even bigger working on Destiny 2 for next year. It's not like if lazy developers were taking drugs with some Russian chicks around a swimming pool at the top of Bungie's building.
Edit: I saw a few comments about the DLC being part of TTK. So Instead of Free DLC, let's say then "you don't need to pay more for it" DLC. But I guess it's the same issue for any "Free DLC" (the division, the witcher...), it's never really free if you had to pay for a game at first. *Okay*
Edit2: Okay they get money from the emotes that many people bought. But if the money is an issue for you I guess you didn't buy any emotes in the first place.

Edit4: it is sad that I just wanted people to stop complaining and to just be happy once but they found a way to focus on FREE and DLC on my post and that's all... I guess I should just give up on them... :/

They took out old dlc because of running old raids that you can get through at a lower minimum light. They wanted people to work on the new raid cuz I mean really would you play kf if you could just run Crota in 30 minutes and still get the best loot? No you wouldn't. I sure wouldn't.

Also if they are reskinning POE most likely what they are doing is trying to make it where people without ttk have even less content and make them buy ttk. kind of like how you cant play trials at lvl 34 anymore. I'm happy that they finally gave us a date and some info, we'll have something to look forward to in the weeks to come, and they made up a little for TTK high DLC price. Overall I'm happy with it (and I hope I still am when the patch is out) As a request to Bungie: Don't make the same mistake and let the old raids die, just increase the light level needed and the light level of the rewarded items. P.s. maby i'll even buy an emote if you bring back SRL and the new patch is any good :-)

Last december we were told about an event (crimson) and a big event... so is not free, we paid for that... and... is PoE re-skinned... no new content.

I see this as something that I don't have to pay for and there'll be more things to do each week. What could possibly be wrong with that? Whether it is new or old content being given a face lift, I really couldn't care less. The only thing that will be interesting to see is if there are more than 1 way to hit the new max light level.

The reason the new content is free is because it's based upon the old content. Meaning we have already paid for what we are about to get albeit in a new variation. As a gamer if Bungie would of tried to sell previous content that you had already purchased how would that have gone over? It's still TBD exactly what this latest update will provide in terms of actual brand new content. Hence the Bungie hype about the Twitch streams. I'm glad there will be something new coming to the game but I'm realistic and not expecting that there will be anything substantial. You get what you pay for. We are getting updated content. That's what's coming.

I feel like they reskinned poe first because it would be the easiest to do. Re skinning a raid to take new mechanics because of the influx of taken would be much harder then Poe from a developer standpoint. Just my 2 cents. Come at me forums.
